Blair Appraisal & Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2025 by Brian R. Blair, MAI. 


Brian is a certified general appraiser and MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute with over 20 years of experience in the profession. Since 2007 Brian has primarily focused on commercial and industrial appraisals in Northern and Central PA, with projects in NY and MD as requested. He holds his general real property certification in PA and NY.


Brian routinely handles a variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, large multi-family and many special use properties. He is also engages in consulting and Department of Transportation right-of-way work. Clients include financial institutions, title companies, municipal clients, attorneys, investors and private clients.
